He elaborates, “Many of these challenges, of course, were new for these people — their customers — as well. Thus, they resulted in different problems, needs, and desires than the customers had before. Although, the customers themselves — in terms of demographics — were quite frequently, still the same.”

Hodes then shares some of the specific reasons these companies were able to come up with such great new strategies, despite COVID-imposed limitations.
